Airport Retail & Hospitality Management Course Overview
Training Duration: 6 Weeks
As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments, and ensuring that products are attractively displayed.
In addition, you will assist passengers by answering questions, providing directions, or attending to their needs, including inquiries about delayed or lost baggage. You will also handle reservations for passengers calling in and assist with luggage check-ins at the ticket counter.
Hospitality management involves overseeing the administrative tasks of airport lounges, restaurants, or cafes. As a hospitality executive, your goal is to ensure that the facility is warm, welcoming, and makes guests feel at home.

Upon successful completion of the training, an examination will be conducted, and a certificate will be issued.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Indian national with a valid Indian passport.
- Age: Between 18 to 26 years.
- Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination, pursuing graduation, or a graduate from a recognized board or university (MBA/B.Tech not eligible).
- Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi.
- Height & Weight: Minimum height of 155 cm, with weight proportionate to BMI (Body Mass Index).
- Appearance: Positive body language, well-groomed, and no visible tattoos in uniform.
All training is conducted as per airline and DGCA standards.
